DECOR, LINEN, & EVENT SUPPLIES RENTALS AGREEMENT
By ordering any Wedding & Decor, Linens, Centerpieces, Chair Cover & Sashes, or other decor rental item(s) you're automatically agreeing to the following policy bindings:
1. The rental rate is based on a 24 hour rental (except Delivery & Setup service). Should you need the items longer please contact us and ask about our multi-day rates.
2. A recovery deposit may be required to cover for damaged or missing items. We know formal events are parties and at rare times missing or damaged items can occur after a formal event.
3. The order amount must be paid in full before items can be released. We accept cash and all major credit cards. There are not returns or exchanges after rental items are picked up or setup. There are no exceptions!!!
4. Unless special arrangements have been made prior to your pick-up, you may pick-up your rental any time after 12:00pm on the day before your event, and return it no later than 12:00pm on the day specified on your rental contract or the following Monday if your event falls on a Saturday.
5. Either you or someone else can pick up your order with a valid order receipt and the name the order is booked under. If you require your rental earlier than 12:00pm on the day before your event, you may contact Lupita's Bridal House to check if it can be ready earlier.
6. You are responsible for any and all damages and missing items during the rental period (including during transportation and during your event). There are no exceptions!
7. You are either responsible for picking up and returning your rental items if you did not buy the our setup service.
8. If you purchased our setup service this is only for the duration of your event...
8.a We will only setup your rental items when easy access is available at the requested location, date, and time of setup. The venue, banquet hall, or event tent must be ready for our staff to start setting up decor rentals. If our staff is unable to access your event's location, tables or chairs have not been set up previously, or event location is unsafe for our rental equipment or our staff we may consider the rental order finalized. Our staff would be required to leave the location at that point. This will result in possible forfeited deposit(s) and/or full rental amount. There are no exceptions!
8.b. Please allow our staff to setup rental with ample time on the day before the event. If the same day setup is necessary, please allow 2-3 hours before the event is preferable. A extra fee will be assessed for same day rental setups.
8.c. You're responsible for providing a primary contact person's phone number that can allow our staff access to the event's location when installing and picking it up decor equipment, and for answering any questions regarding the installation. We are not responsible for misunderstandings if this person is unreachable during setup. There are no exceptions!
8.d. We reserve the right to deny rental items for any reason. Although this is rare, we will let you know why we did not setup items.
9. If you will not be returning the items yourself, we require the contact information of the person who will be responsible for returning your rented equipment. It is best to appoint someone you know in charge returning the rented items and pay any fees due during and after returning our final inspection.
11. When returning rented items, everything must be in acceptable condition and placed in the provided plastic bags. Please ensure all items are present before returning them. Avoid leaving rented items exposed to rain or harsh weather conditions.
