Tux Rental Agreement

TUXEDO RENTAL POLICY & RENTAL AGREEMENT

By ordering tuxedo rental items you are automatically agreeing to the following Tuxedo and Accessories Rental policy:

    1. We require a valid credit card, driver's license, and a $100 deposit at the time of rental. Your deposit will be returned back to you when you bring the items back in good condition. We request that you place your tux order at least 2 weeks before your event date (for turnaround time and necessary alterations or changes if applicable).

      2. Rented merchandise must be returned to us on our before the date shown on your receipt OR by the next business day.

        3. It's your responsibility to call ahead at least 24 hours before you pick up date to make sure your order is ready for you to pick up. There are no exceptions!

          4. On rare instances, there could be a delay in delivery or a back order situation which is out of our control. We'll most definitely have it ready to try for the next day. If we're not able to we will surely present you with other options to rent it at a nearby location.

            5. You're responsible for picking up your items on the specified pick up date indicated on your receipt. Again, we require you call ahead of time to make sure your order is ready. If you fail to pick up your items later than this date for any reason other than #4 above, we're not responsible for any sizing, color, or alterations required. There are no exceptions!

              6. We do allow items to be ship to or from your home address. You must bring the items in person to the store.

                7. The Tuxedo/Suit designer company will charge over due fees starting with a $30 late fee for the first over due day and go from 25% to full price of the tuxedo/suit if the items are not returned by the third business day.

                  8. Reasonable wear to the rental items is to be expected.

                    9. If you wish to exchange your rental you can do so on your pickup date and no later.

                      10. There are no refunds once an order has been processed. All sales are final. Only exchanges within reasonable time (see last point).

                        11. Please make sure the pant legs do not drag on the ground. We recommend hemming the pants to the appropriate length.

                          12. Any temporary alterations made to a tuxedo will need to be removed and restored to its original condition before you return the item back and failure to do so will result in a $20.00 charge per item.

                            13. If items require additional scrubbing there will be a $25.00 scrubbing fee. If we are unable to get an item clean it will be considered damaged. DO NOT clean or dry clean the tuxedo. This may cause more damage.

                              14. If items are not returned or are returned damaged there will be a charge for the full purchase price of the items.

                                15. If a jacket or pants are missing from the set you will be charged the full replacement price for the tuxedo.

                                  16. Knee slides are NOT to be performed while in costume(s)/tuxedos.

                                    17. Shoes must be returned in a "reasonable" wear condition without dirt, stains, dampness, scratches, or cracks. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cleaning and reconditioning fee.

                                    18. We are not responsible for missing personal items after the return of your tuxedo rental. It's your responsibility to check all pockets to make sure all your personal items are in your possession before returning a tuxedo. There are no exceptions!
